Processing Time and Same Day Cut Off

Delivery times are based on orders placed before 10am GMT Monday-Friday. Business days exclude Sundays and UK Bank Holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, especially during bank holiday periods and sales, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allocate 1-2 extra days for order processing during busy and peak periods.

Taxes and Duties

For all orders placed within Europe, prices shown online include the local VAT rate. Orders will be delivered duty paid (DDP), and there will be no customs fees for you to pay. An order limit of £135, converted to the current GBP to EURO exchange rate, is applied to all European orders due to customs restrictions.

We offer standard shipping by your local Postal Service:

• FREE for orders £80 and over.
• £9.99 for orders below £80.

Please note that the postage fee is converted to the Euro equivalent at the time of purchase.
